Payment by bank transfer

Your desired items will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment. The articles remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 7 days).

Depending on the bank, it can take 3-5 working days until we receive your payment.

Please always state your order number as the reason for payment.
Please transfer for each order separately.

Refund after a return shipment

If you return one or more items, the amount will be credited back to the bank account from which you transferred the money.

Refund in case of cancellation

Any amounts already paid for the cancelled items will of course be refunded immediately.

Payment by PayPal

If you choose to pay by PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the order process.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment.
Are you new to PayPal? Then you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
The receipt of payment is usually booked with us within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

Refund after a return shipment

When you return items, the credit is automatically credited to the PayPal account you used.

Whether the amount will be deposited on your PayPal account or returned to your bank account is something you can decide yourself at PayPal.

If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund the amount to your bank account. Unfortunately, another PayPal account cannot be used.

We will refund the amount of the cancelled items to your PayPal account.

Payment by purchase on invoice - credit card - direct debit

These payments are made exclusively via PayPal Plus, without you having to have a PayPal account! There are no additional costs for you!

How PayPal Plus works:

For you as a customer, using PayPal Plus is really easy. If you choose one of the following payment methods, it will be processed directly via PayPal, i.e. by:

direct debit
Purchase on invoice
credit card

When you make a purchase, you transfer the amount due to the bank account of PayPal (without any costs for you), which then transfers the money to the merchant. What's more, with PayPal Plus you enjoy the PayPal buyer protection in any case, not only when paying by PayPal, but also when paying by invoice or credit card. If the goods do not arrive, if there are any defects or if the item does not meet your expectations, you will receive both the purchase amount and the shipping costs back after a check.

Steps without the need for a PayPal account:

When selecting your payment method, you choose your payment method, i.e. "credit card" or "direct debit" or "purchase on invoice".
After you have accepted the terms and conditions and clicked on "Buy", you will automatically be forwarded to a form provided by PayPal.
Please fill in all necessary information and confirm the purchase again.
Important, if you are unsure: To complete the payment, no PayPal account is necessary!
Complete the process.
As soon as the process has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation from PayPal and from us.
Important for "purchase on invoice": Please note that you will be given PayPal's bank details. So you have to transfer money to PayPal. You will receive this data by e-mail when the purchase is successful.
